At NexAds, we are committed to delivering professional Google Ads services with transparency and fairness.
This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds are handled.

Please read this page carefully before purchasing any service plan.

 

1. Service Fees (Management Plans)

When you purchase a Google Ads management plan from NexAds, you are paying for professional time, strategy, and campaign setup work.

Because our team begins work shortly after purchase, service fees are generally non-refundable once work has started.

This includes:

  • Campaign research

  • Account setup

  • Keyword planning

  • Ad creation

  • Conversion tracking setup

  • Optimization work

If you request cancellation before work has started, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

 

2. Advertising Budget (Google Ads Spend)

Advertising budgets are separate from NexAds management fees.

If you are paying Google Ads budget directly to Google:

  • NexAds does not control those funds

  • Refunds for ad spend must follow Google’s policies

If ad spend is prepaid through NexAds (if applicable), unused advertising budget may be refundable, minus any processing or administrative costs.

 

3. Subscription Plans

If you are on a monthly plan:

  • You may cancel before the next billing cycle

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing (email)

  • Refunds are not issued for work already completed within the billing period

Once a billing cycle begins, that month’s fee is non-refundable.

 

4. No Guarantee of Results

Digital advertising performance depends on many factors, including competition, market conditions, budget, and industry.

For this reason:

  • We do not offer refunds based on campaign performance

  • We do not guarantee specific results (leads, revenue, rankings)

Our responsibility is to apply professional strategy and best practices — not to guarantee outcomes beyond our control.

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We value long-term relationships.
If there is a serious issue or misunderstanding, we encourage you to contact us directly.

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve concerns fairly and professionally.
